She experienced the light and magic of Source Energy and was profoundly moved by the infinite potential she saw for her future. It was the first time she saw herself as a teacher and healer and realized she could make a real difference.
Her next big shift into freedom was found in the nightlife at age 18. As a cocktail waitress she made enough money to fend for herself and run away to anywhere she wanted to go. And while that lifestyle afforded her any growth and development program she desired; it also came with a hefty price tag. Addictions of every manner. That circus of pain and escapism went on for almost two decades.
Later, Regina became absorbed in every kind of 12-step meeting she could find. It was like a new family that could not only handle her honesty, but even applauded her for it. The only problem was that by subscribing to the 12-step method, she wasn’t allowed to believe that she could heal her addictions and enjoy moderation at some point. It was black and white with this crowd.
For a while, she found so much peace accepting abstinence from everything, substances and actions alike, because after all, abstinence was pretty simple. She found joy in the peace that came by realizing she need not ever think about how to wrestle control over herself again, plus she found pleasure in so many other things, that life was just good and easy for a while. But Regina is such a freedom-seeker, especially once fully aligned & empowered, so the concept that she could not choose moderation inside this group consciousness (and still be accepted by them), did not sit well with her. After all, she wholeheartedly believes there is no such thing as “incurable diseases”, so why should addictions be any different? Plus, it was confounding to feel powerless to enjoy certain aspects of life out of fear of loss of control.
What if we humans CAN have it all?
So... she delved once more into the nightlife and found herself quickly out of control again. From the outside it looked like she had it together (with her studies and her accomplishments), but inside she knew she needed help feeling okay and she suffered in silence with that knowledge, still pondering what was possible for herself, and humanity at large.
She eventually found her way to a mostly-balanced-lifestyle, only to find herself engaged to marry an alcoholic smoker. Somehow his addictions eluded her awareness and so she got to confront the understanding that She could even get addicted to another person!
Inside of their little honey-moon nest, she re-ignited addictions compatible with her lover. That was when her body hit its toxic load and she got so sick that she had no choice but to put a stop to her Secret Addictions, including her Secret Addiction to him. It was one of those mortality moments when she heard her Inner Being’s WARNING and really hung out in front of the mirror, talking herself out of her blind spots with no reprieve. It was then that she found the strength to make the deep changes that dealt with self-love. She thought she was in love... but she was actually in limerence, as he was with her. She had to confront the reality that by sharing her future with a person with incompatible values, she wasn’t loving herself at all, and that in fact, it could kill her.
Regina re-defined what love means to her and made dramatic changes that took her life in that abstinent direction for several years, which for her, was the beginning of a proud new era of her life with moderation. For two years she participated with the most extreme elimination diet there is, in order to heal her body. By facing codependency, food, and substance addictions, she faced down many personal demons and found herself clear-minded and empowered enough to face down even more. It was then she decided to take her coaching (side-hustle since 2011) into the world and make her calling into her career. It is, after all, the thing that still brings her the most joy ~ making a difference! She launched her business online (on 4/20/22, haha) and hasn’t looked back, highlighting the necessity for self-love and joy as a means of releasing addictions.

Why We Use Processes to Help Us Focus
You have a Feel-Good Muscle. Everyone has one, but most of the worlds are out of shape! How strong is your feel-good muscle??
Practicing processes is how you get it strong and the stronger it is, the less you need to sit with processes to hone your focus. You’re just focusing / creating on the fly because you’re already good at telling that Feel-Good Story wherever you go. You’re creating life how you want it as you live it and it feels natural. After all, you are the creator of your own reality, but you may not be creating it on purpose yet…
For me, having a daily practice still serves me, because I’m living life, out there on the court where stuff is happening all the time. Processes keep me tuning myself on purpose instead of just letting my attention wander to the squeaky wheels that are all over squawking! Practicing keeps my Feel-Good Muscle in shape. So, I make the time for it and it’s worth it, and if I miss a day, oh well, guess I was living my life. But I get back to it because I’ve found that life is just better when I keep myself ahead of the problems I can see coming instead of waiting until something has smashed into me to work on my happiness… Why wait until something’s happened that’s made happiness hard? I mean, something always happens, doesn’t it? And while it’s impossible to get ahead of everything, you might be surprised how much you CAN get ahead of and the profound difference it makes in the quality of your life and relationships.
If you were high vibe 80% of the time, you’d be so in tune with your guidance and flowing with the rhythm of life, you wouldn’t need to sit down and practice your focus as much because you’d doing it on your feet.

Do you notice any cycles? Fortunately, I have learned a few cycles that help me keep track of things, my body with a 23-day cycle and the moon with a 29-day cycle are the two obvious ones that have helped me perceive predictable changes in and around me.
It’s a game of focus. Focus, plus surrender aka allowing. Your brain is literally a focusing machine, so if you don’t focus it on purpose, watch out. Ever driven several miles with no recollection, or even missed your exit and wondered how that could’ve happened? Your brain is like a car that’s already driving, so if you don’t take the wheel, it’ll take you for a ride!
Your inner guidance, your Inner Being, aka the thinking tissue of your right hemisphere, knows it’s way around all your limiting beliefs. All of that is accounted for when it’s guiding you toward your best path. Check this out - it’s even guiding you toward the contrast that will best serve you in the big picture! Yep, even those skillfully timed bumps on the road can end up leading you to exactly where you wanted to be!
Are you going to create your life experience working for you? If you are, you’re going to need to focus enough to steal the neural glue from those already-in-motion neural networks, otherwise known as bad habits, so your new habits stick.
There’s a saturation point for all processes, which means, they only work when they work. It may have worked every day for months exactly how you wanted it to, but today, is the power of that process still strong? If you look you might find the power of it has faded. So, if you’re not feeling it right now, give yourself the freedom to listen to your gut and see if a different process would be better for you right now. Follow your guidance, hunches, intuition, preferences, and find a process you’re feeling instead. You can always revisit your favorite process again later.
When I’m working with a new client and introducing them to a process, I make a point of drilling down this point: If you INTEND to practice and learn the process I’m teaching you, you can always find a time when it WILL work for you, so work it then. Switch around the processes to figure out which feels best to you and when. The whole point of this process-thing is to stretch yourself to feel good, so… feel good! However you got to that new place on your emotional scale, was arguably a process too.
Listening to music until you feel better can be a process. Dancing can be a process. Well, I consider it a process as long as it achieves these four objectives:
It Causes you to focus - whether that’s thinking or NOT thinking
It Causes you to raise your vibration - meaning it makes you feel better
It’s between you and you - you weren’t relying on or distracted by anyone else
It Causes you to hold your focus for an extended period of time, like 10-20 minutes in a row - enough time for you to create a discernible shift in YOUR MOOD
The added value of the processes I teach is they nip the emotional journey in the bud by creating new conversations or stories, versus creating a more nebulous “alignment” where you give yourself a boost but may find yourself right back where you started as soon as the activity subsides, and therein lies the difference between a process designed to focus your energy and just regularly having some fun. Please do both!
For the ultimate results, you really want to focus on both training your narrative - telling your new story - as well as letting loose and going with the flow of life. I find that processes can add invaluably to our personal understanding of when to “try” and when to let go.
Here’s an example - I love movies! I can get so into another world and leave my world behind. But, when I come back, will I get caught up in my old worries again or will I be a changed person? You might argue it depends on the movie. Perhaps. I definitely aim for movies I think will inspire me because I watch them with an intention to feel better. And yes, I’ve trained myself to do that.
There are times when all I’ll need is to shake it up and “get off it” and as soon as I do, the things that were bothering me fix themselves because my funky mood didn’t catch fire. I just needed a little change in perspective, so I found myself in a higher vibe pretty easily. I just used my Feel-Good muscle and voila! It was not a more significant or painful thought-pattern than that, because it only took 90 seconds for that low vibe feeling to flush right through me and I didn’t continue activating it.
As I’m sure you’ve already discovered, there are times when a simple 90 seconds isn’t going to be enough to break the momentum that’s already underway. That is when a person DOES continue activating the low vibe thought, which in those cases means you can stay mad about the same thing for 10 minutes or 10 years.
My aim in recommending you practice lots of different kinds of processes for different mood-set-points is about getting your hands around how valuable your focus can be, because one day, when you need it, you’ll have played with them enough to know how they work best with your individual personality. So, keep an open mind, okay? Don’t be stingy with your time when it comes to strengthening your Feel-Good muscle. There is nothing more important than that you feel good because the entire Universe is responding to how you feel!
What about this element of time? Why does something that takes longer to accomplish create a deeper focus?
It’s about understanding momentum. It’s why a 15-minute meditation is usually more impactful than a 5-minute meditation. Usually… Of course, how you focus inside your meditation is the biggest factor, but you get it, focusing for 15 minutes vs. 5 minutes produces more movement in your energy pattern because it allows a stronger momentum to get going. Makes sense. The longer you think about something the more strongly you can “activate it”. Or why only two minutes spent complaining is less detrimental to your overall vibes than a few hours of doing so.
There are two factors that play into the speed with which we get our momentum going. There’s the airtime we give it and there’s the emotional intensity we have about it, which means it really matters to us.
If just one complaint occurs, like I’m just telling my friend what’s going on, then no big deal…but if we get into a real heart to heart about it and she asks me all kinds of questions that get me thinking about it at a much deeper level, now I’m a lot more emotionally invested in having her understand the deep inner workings and all the moving parts and so a real momentum has been established... to which Law of Attraction is actively responding.
How is it responding? It’s saying YES to whatever it is. “I don’t have the money.” YES, you don’t have the money. Expect more of not enough money in your life. “He doesn’t treat me right.” YES, he doesn’t treat you right. Expect more of that unfair treatment to come your way.
We go deeply into this and more in my signature program The Demystify Addictions Method, but remember this, the Law of Attraction is not a consciousness, it’s a law of physics. I have come to think of it more like gravity than anything else, and that helps me respect its power and not take for granted the fact that it’s “always on.”
Let’s dig deeper into the element of airtime. When I first heard the 68 second rule from Abraham-Hicks, I was intrigued. They started by saying it only takes 17 seconds before a thought you’re thinking has enough velocity to attract to it, other thoughts like it.
So, to get a sense of how powerful the momentum of your thoughts is, just 17 seconds of pure focus equals 2,000 action hours on YOUR behalf. And if you continue to think the thought for another 17 seconds, there’s a combustion of energy that happens, equivalent to 10x that amount, 20,000 action hours! By the time you’ve reached 4 explosions of energy, which is 68 seconds of undiluted focus, you have reached the equivalent of 2 million action hours! This is 2 million action hours of the Universe moving matter in the outer physical world to match your thoughts. Think about them apples!
I like to think of the movement of energy that ultimately affects and directs our manifestations like the hub of a wagon wheel. Moving the inside hub of the wheel for 68 seconds may seem like only a teeny bit of movement, but on the outside edges of that wheel, it moves quite a lot.
And the best, best, best part is, because this is a Universe that’s based upon well-being, the positive focus that you emanate is supported by the direction of the flow and has way more impact than the negative focus – THANK GOD - since we humans can be very negative! It is estimated that the average person thinks between 35,000-45,000 negative thoughts a day…! Which makes sense if you compare the vibes you see on the news for example, with the reality of your day to day life. The Well-being is outweighing the not-well-being for sure, but it doesn’t sit like that within us and our thinking machines, does it?
If you want to practice this 68 second theory, there’s an app you can get for your phone called the LOA timer which visually and auditorily shows you 17 second intervals that build up to 68 seconds. Try focusing on something purely for 68 seconds! You may discover it can be a little harder than it seems, even though we do it in the wild all the time without even trying. It’s not important you hold doggedly to a single thought, vision, or affirmation for 68 seconds, as much as that you achieve resonance with a frequency which can include many different good emotions woven through it.
The process entitled “The Grid”, by Abraham-Hicks, is a perfect exemplification of what holding this resonance will take. A video of (younger) me teaching it can be found at the end of this article.
So, can you imagine how much difference focusing for 15 or 20 minutes at a time can make!? Especially once you get good at holding the focus!? What we’re shooting for is undiluted focus, which is why we practice. That’s why I recommend the processes you do take you at least 15 minutes, because that’s what is going to accomplish real energy movement in the direction you want to be going. Highly likely you’ll get a few 68 second chunks in there! And if the process doesn’t take you at least 15 minutes, I implore you to time it and continue doing it so that it does!
Look, I need you to understand something important. If you didn’t plan and all you’ve got is 5 minutes, do it, it’s better than nothing! We don’t want to make a process this big effort where we feel put off by it or worse, guilty for “doing it wrong”. That would work counter to releasing resistance and would defeat the happiness purpose entirely!
But you can expect, like the forming of any habit, that it will take real effort for the first 30 days to get truly interested in and invested in feeling good – especially when there’s work like this involved, instead of just popping a pill. Chances are highly likely you’re ready since you’re here reading this, but still, it will likely feel cumbersome to be this diligent.
But IF you are intentional about WHY you’re putting in this effort, then the effort becomes another powerful process whereby you realize you CAN CREATE ANYTHING! So, let’s try to enjoy learning how to enjoy ourselves again, shall we? Remember when enjoyment was completely natural to you and suffering felt off?
Now let’s address the best way to hone your focus! If you WRITE your processes out, it ensures getting new momentum started, since writing forces you to slow down and take longer, which creates impressions into your neural networks and physiology. It helps you learn, and because of this, it actually speeds things up! My favorite part about writing is that if I get interrupted, I just need to reread what I’ve got and I’m right back there again, bam! So, so helpful in these crazy times we live in where there is wayyyy too much stimulation of thought, especially those squeaky wheels!
Have an intention for why you’re doing all this in the first place (Feel-Good Muscle!) and if you miss a process you intended to accomplish, don’t beat yourself up - that’s not what we’re doing here. We’re learning to experience our NATURAL state of well-being, like when we were kids.
Give it 30 days and you’ll see how much easier it gets. It gets easier because momentum takes over. You’ll begin to really crave your alignment time in the same way your body LEARNS to crave exercise once you establish a consistent routine. Your body will begin calling you to release the tension in your tissues but only after your body gets used to feeling the relaxation of those endorphins, whether those endorphins come from moving OR thinking! You can literally FEEL when the energy moves through you with the better-feeling thoughts you focus upon and it’s intoxicating! Your Feel-Good Muscle will get strong and your tolerance for feeling unhappy will decrease. In other words, processes work, if you work them.

There’s a saturation point for all processes, which means, they only work when they work. It may have worked every day for months exactly how you wanted it to, but today, is the power of that process still strong? If you look you might find the power of it has faded. So, if you’re not feeling it right now, give yourself the freedom to listen to your gut and see if a different process would be better for you right now. Follow your guidance, hunches, intuition, preferences, and find a process you’re feeling instead. You can always revisit your favorite process again later.
When I’m working with a new client and introducing them to a process, I make a point of drilling down this point: If you INTEND to practice and learn the process I’m teaching you, you can always find a time when it WILL work for you, so work it then. Switch around the processes to figure out which feels best to you and when. The whole point of this process-thing is to stretch yourself to feel good, so… feel good! However you got to that new place on your emotional scale, was arguably a process too.
Listening to music until you feel better can be a process. Dancing can be a process. Well, I consider it a process as long as it achieves these four objectives:
It Causes you to focus - whether that’s thinking or NOT thinking
It Causes you to raise your vibration - meaning it makes you feel better
It’s between you and you - you weren’t relying on or distracted by anyone else
It Causes you to hold your focus for an extended period of time, like 10-20 minutes in a row - enough time for you to create a discernible shift in YOUR MOOD
The added value of the processes I teach is they nip the emotional journey in the bud by creating new conversations or stories, versus creating a more nebulous “alignment” where you give yourself a boost but may find yourself right back where you started as soon as the activity subsides, and therein lies the difference between a process designed to focus your energy and just regularly having some fun. Please do both!
For the ultimate results, you really want to focus on both training your narrative - telling your new story - as well as letting loose and going with the flow of life. I find that processes can add invaluably to our personal understanding of when to “try” and when to let go.
Here’s an example - I love movies! I can get so into another world and leave my world behind. But, when I come back, will I get caught up in my old worries again or will I be a changed person? You might argue it depends on the movie. Perhaps. I definitely aim for movies I think will inspire me because I watch them with an intention to feel better. And yes, I’ve trained myself to do that.
There are times when all I’ll need is to shake it up and “get off it” and as soon as I do, the things that were bothering me fix themselves because my funky mood didn’t catch fire. I just needed a little change in perspective, so I found myself in a higher vibe pretty easily. I just used my Feel-Good muscle and voila! It was not a more significant or painful thought-pattern than that, because it only took 90 seconds for that low vibe feeling to flush right through me and I didn’t continue activating it.
As I’m sure you’ve already discovered, there are times when a simple 90 seconds isn’t going to be enough to break the momentum that’s already underway. That is when a person DOES continue activating the low vibe thought, which in those cases means you can stay mad about the same thing for 10 minutes or 10 years.
My aim in recommending you practice lots of different kinds of processes for different mood-set-points is about getting your hands around how valuable your focus can be, because one day, when you need it, you’ll have played with them enough to know how they work best with your individual personality. So, keep an open mind, okay? Don’t be stingy with your time when it comes to strengthening your Feel-Good muscle. There is nothing more important than that you feel good because the entire Universe is responding to how you feel!
What about this element of time? Why does something that takes longer to accomplish create a deeper focus?
It’s about understanding momentum. It’s why a 15-minute meditation is usually more impactful than a 5-minute meditation. Usually… Of course, how you focus inside your meditation is the biggest factor, but you get it, focusing for 15 minutes vs. 5 minutes produces more movement in your energy pattern because it allows a stronger momentum to get going. Makes sense. The longer you think about something the more strongly you can “activate it”. Or why only two minutes spent complaining is less detrimental to your overall vibes than a few hours of doing so.
There are two factors that play into the speed with which we get our momentum going. There’s the airtime we give it and there’s the emotional intensity we have about it, which means it really matters to us.
If just one complaint occurs, like I’m just telling my friend what’s going on, then no big deal…but if we get into a real heart to heart about it and she asks me all kinds of questions that get me thinking about it at a much deeper level, now I’m a lot more emotionally invested in having her understand the deep inner workings and all the moving parts and so a real momentum has been established... to which Law of Attraction is actively responding.
How is it responding? It’s saying YES to whatever it is. “I don’t have the money.” YES, you don’t have the money. Expect more of not enough money in your life. “He doesn’t treat me right.” YES, he doesn’t treat you right. Expect more of that unfair treatment to come your way.
We go deeply into this and more in my signature program The Demystify Addictions Method, but remember this, the Law of Attraction is not a consciousness, it’s a law of physics. I have come to think of it more like gravity than anything else, and that helps me respect its power and not take for granted the fact that it’s “always on.”
Let’s dig deeper into the element of airtime. When I first heard the 68 second rule from Abraham-Hicks, I was intrigued. They started by saying it only takes 17 seconds before a thought you’re thinking has enough velocity to attract to it, other thoughts like it.
So, to get a sense of how powerful the momentum of your thoughts is, just 17 seconds of pure focus equals 2,000 action hours on YOUR behalf. And if you continue to think the thought for another 17 seconds, there’s a combustion of energy that happens, equivalent to 10x that amount, 20,000 action hours! By the time you’ve reached 4 explosions of energy, which is 68 seconds of undiluted focus, you have reached the equivalent of 2 million action hours! This is 2 million action hours of the Universe moving matter in the outer physical world to match your thoughts. Think about them apples!
I like to think of the movement of energy that ultimately affects and directs our manifestations like the hub of a wagon wheel. Moving the inside hub of the wheel for 68 seconds may seem like only a teeny bit of movement, but on the outside edges of that wheel, it moves quite a lot.
And the best, best, best part is, because this is a Universe that’s based upon well-being, the positive focus that you emanate is supported by the direction of the flow and has way more impact than the negative focus – THANK GOD - since we humans can be very negative! It is estimated that the average person thinks between 35,000-45,000 negative thoughts a day…! Which makes sense if you compare the vibes you see on the news for example, with the reality of your day to day life. The Well-being is outweighing the not-well-being for sure, but it doesn’t sit like that within us and our thinking machines, does it?
If you want to practice this 68 second theory, there’s an app you can get for your phone called the LOA timer which visually and auditorily shows you 17 second intervals that build up to 68 seconds. Try focusing on something purely for 68 seconds! You may discover it can be a little harder than it seems, even though we do it in the wild all the time without even trying. It’s not important you hold doggedly to a single thought, vision, or affirmation for 68 seconds, as much as that you achieve resonance with a frequency which can include many different good emotions woven through it.
The process entitled “The Grid”, by Abraham-Hicks, is a perfect exemplification of what holding this resonance will take. A video of (younger) me teaching it can be found at the end of this article.
So, can you imagine how much difference focusing for 15 or 20 minutes at a time can make!? Especially once you get good at holding the focus!? What we’re shooting for is undiluted focus, which is why we practice. We don’t want to make a process this big effort where we feel put off by it or worse, guilty for “doing it wrong”. That would work counter to releasing resistance and would defeat the happiness purpose entirely!
But you can expect, like the forming of any habit, that it will take real effort for the first 30 days to get truly interested in and invested in feeling good – especially when there’s work like this involved, instead of just popping a pill. Chances are highly likely you’re ready since you’re here reading this, but still, it will likely feel cumbersome to be this diligent.
But IF you are intentional about WHY you’re putting in this effort, then the effort becomes another powerful process whereby you realize you CAN CREATE ANYTHING! So, let’s try to enjoy learning how to enjoy ourselves again, shall we? Remember when enjoyment was completely natural to you and suffering felt off?
Now let’s address the best way to hone your focus! If you WRITE your processes out, it ensures getting new momentum started, since writing forces you to slow down and take longer, which creates impressions into your neural networks and physiology. It helps you learn, and because of this, it actually speeds things up! My favorite part about writing is that if I get interrupted, I just need to reread what I’ve got and I’m right back there again, bam! So, so helpful in these crazy times we live in where there is wayyyy too much stimulation of thought, especially those squeaky wheels!
Have an intention for why you’re doing all this in the first place (Feel-Good Muscle!) and if you miss a process you intended to accomplish, don’t beat yourself up - that’s not what we’re doing here. We’re learning to experience our NATURAL state of well-being, like when we were kids.
Give it 30 days and you’ll see how much easier it gets. It gets easier because momentum takes over. You’ll begin to really crave your alignment time in the same way your body LEARNS to crave exercise once you establish a consistent routine. Your body will begin calling you to release the tension in your tissues but only after your body gets used to feeling the relaxation of those endorphins, whether those endorphins come from moving OR thinking! You can literally FEEL when the energy moves through you with the better-feeling thoughts you focus upon and it’s intoxicating! Your Feel-Good Muscle will get strong and your tolerance for feeling unhappy will decrease. In other words, processes work, if you work them.

Why We Use Processes to Help Us Focus
You have a Feel-Good Muscle. Everyone has one, but most of the worlds are out of shape! How strong is your feel-good muscle??
Practicing processes is how you get it strong and the stronger it is, the less you need to sit with processes to hone your focus. You’re just focusing / creating on the fly because you’re already good at telling that Feel-Good Story wherever you go. You’re creating life how you want it as you live it and it feels natural. After all, you are the creator of your own reality, but you may not be creating it on purpose yet…
For me, having a daily practice still serves me, because I’m living life, out there on the court where stuff is happening all the time. Processes keep me tuning myself on purpose instead of just letting my attention wander to the squeaky wheels that are all over squawking! Practicing keeps my Feel-Good Muscle in shape. So, I make the time for it and it’s worth it, and if I miss a day, oh well, guess I was living my life. But I get back to it because I’ve found that life is just better when I keep myself ahead of the problems I can see coming instead of waiting until something has smashed into me to work on my happiness… Why wait until something’s happened that’s made happiness hard? I mean, something always happens, doesn’t it? And while it’s impossible to get ahead of everything, you might be surprised how much you CAN get ahead of and the profound difference it makes in the quality of your life and relationships.
If you were high vibe 80% of the time, you’d be so in tune with your guidance and flowing with the rhythm of life, you wouldn’t need to sit down and practice your focus as much because you’d doing it on your feet.
What do you think your high vibe percentage is right now, or say within the last week? What percentage of your average day are you genuinely feeling happy?
Do you notice any cycles? Fortunately, I have learned a few cycles that help me keep track of things, my body with a 23-day cycle and the moon with a 29-day cycle are the two obvious ones that have helped me perceive predictable changes in and around me.

"I consulted Regina when I was in an uncomfortable situation. My new girlfriend and I were getting serious but she was going through a divorce and still dealing with her ex all the time. Although he had been removed from her house months earlier, all kinds of his personal belongings were still there. "I used to be a companion for a dear, elderly woman named Jeri. She and I bonded. When she died, I knew I'd never find a relationship or job like it again. I've always loved elderly people and volunteer for Meals on Wheels - and I just adore it! But it wasn't paying the bills and my husband was very stressed out about money, which in turn was stressing me out. Being a mother of 3, one with autism, I already had my hands full. My intention was to find a part time job to help out, but I was always dragging myself through the process. I study Law of Attraction so I knew I was pushing against the flow but felt powerless to stop every time I'd look at the job market and what was available. Regina really encouraged me. She helped me see that I was the one who attracted my fabulous job from the past along with every other fantastic thing in my life and that not only could I do it again, but that it would be different and better, tailored to who I am now. As we walked out of the grocery store she said, "It has been so nice to have you to help me!" I planted the rose bush for her. It was so wonderful. "One thing Regina has impressed upon me is You are in full control of your destiny, basically. I don't completely agree with this concept (although I think the implementation of this in the real world is not only interesting but may be very effective for increasing overall happiness and well-being), but I really respect the way she follows through with it. "I see the Law of Attraction in certain ways, but I'm not 100% sold on the whole thing. I'd been out of work for almost a year. Regina's been telling me for a long time that the reason I wasn't finding a job was because deep down I didn't want a job - or at least not the jobs I was applying for, and since I didn't want the job, the Universe wasn't going to help me. I don't know. She explained that there are 2 kinds of people who believe in Law of Attraction. Those who believe 100% and those who'd like to believe but don't really. Maybe they're 30-40%.. "I had been single for almost 10 years and had a very poor opinion of men after 2 failed marriages. I had a social life but it only consisted of women.
