Regina Chaylee is a certified vibrational alignment coach who specializes in helping people kick cravings and secret addictions. She is also the founder of The Demystify Addictions Method and author of the book, “Experiment of a Lifetime.”
Regina has walked a taboo path most of her life, having been the scapegoat of family dysfunction and resolving to “go her own way”. On one hand she was influenced toward strong spiritual principles by her mother who was once a nun, and on the other hand was burdened but influenced by her alcoholic, transgender step-father, who was a tortured and abusive soul.
Regina fought to love herself and reclaim her lost childhood. She spent most of her waking hours searching for some deeper meaning to the broken life she saw all around her. Through art and through her surrender to life itself, she found it! It’s no wonder she stumbled across (or rather, attracted-) the most powerful teachers on our planet from the ripe young age of 16. You could say, Regina is “addicted” to growth and development education, but even more than that, she is addicted to freedom. But, as many of us do, she teetered upon the choice to lead a life of enlightenment or one of free abandon, and oftentimes living both extremes, she swung like a pendulum from one polarity to the other.
She first discovered her freedom when she almost died at age 16 and then found herself reborn into a new world of possibilities. She experienced the light and magic of Source Energy and was profoundly moved by the infinite potential she saw for her future. It was the first time she saw herself as a teacher and healer and realized she could make a real difference.
Her next big shift into freedom was found in the nightlife at age 18. As a cocktail waitress she made enough money to fend for herself and run away to anywhere she wanted to go. And while that lifestyle afforded her any growth and development program she desired; it also came with a hefty price tag. Addictions of every manner. That circus of pain and escapism went on for almost two decades.
Later, Regina became absorbed in every kind of 12-step meeting she could find. It was like a new family that could not only handle her honesty, but even applauded her for it. The only problem was that by subscribing to the 12-step method, she wasn’t allowed to believe that she could heal her addictions and enjoy moderation at some point. It was black and white with this crowd.
For a while, she found so much peace accepting abstinence from everything, substances and actions alike, because after all, abstinence was pretty simple. She found joy in the peace that came by realizing she need not ever think about how to wrestle control over herself again, plus she found pleasure in so many other things, that life was just good and easy for a while. But Regina is such a freedom-seeker, especially once fully aligned & empowered, so the concept that she could not choose moderation inside this group consciousness (and still be accepted by them), did not sit well with her. After all, she wholeheartedly believes there is no such thing as “incurable diseases”, so why should addictions be any different? Plus, it was confounding to feel powerless to enjoy certain aspects of life out of fear of loss of control.
What if we humans CAN have it all?
So... she delved once more into the nightlife and found herself quickly out of control again. From the outside it looked like she had it together (with her studies and her accomplishments), but inside she knew she needed help feeling okay and she suffered in silence with that knowledge, still pondering what was possible for herself, and humanity at large.
She eventually found her way to a mostly-balanced-lifestyle, only to find herself engaged to marry an alcoholic smoker. Somehow his addictions eluded her awareness and so she got to confront the understanding that She could even get addicted to another person!
Inside of their little honey-moon nest, she re-ignited addictions compatible with her lover. That was when her body hit its toxic load and she got so sick that she had no choice but to put a stop to her Secret Addictions, including her Secret Addiction to him. It was one of those mortality moments when she heard her Inner Being’s WARNING and really hung out in front of the mirror, talking herself out of her blind spots with no reprieve. It was then that she found the strength to make the deep changes that dealt with self-love. She thought she was in love... but she was actually in limerence, as he was with her. She had to confront the reality that by sharing her future with a person with incompatible values, she wasn’t loving herself at all, and that in fact, it could kill her.
Regina re-defined what love means to her and made dramatic changes that took her life in that abstinent direction for several years, which for her, was the beginning of a proud new era of her life with moderation. For two years she participated with the most extreme elimination diet there is, in order to heal her body. By facing codependency, food, and substance addictions, she faced down many personal demons and found herself clear-minded and empowered enough to face down even more. It was then she decided to take her coaching (side-hustle since 2011) into the world and make her calling into her career. It is, after all, the thing that still brings her the most joy ~ making a difference! She launched her business online (on 4/20/22, haha) and hasn’t looked back, highlighting the necessity for self-love and joy as a means of releasing addictions.
Because of Regina’s incessant thirst for freeing her soul, she came to learn that making a difference with others who feel trapped gives her ultimate joy and is worth everything to her. Plus, because joy is the antidote to addictions, bondage and disease, (hint, hint) it works out perfectly.

Trauma, Secret Addictions and Your Brain
Trauma can be defined as an emotional reaction to a shocking or disturbing experience, whether it be a natural disaster, an accident, an illness or an assault.
To characterize an addiction: it’s something we do often enough that it brings harm to our lives and if we were to tear it away suddenly, would cause us trauma.
There is even a part of our brain (a character of our neural anatomy, aka “the Shadow”) dedicated to the remembrance of its survival reactions, (traumas) so while some people have experienced more distressing events than others (by society’s standards), every individual carries some level of trauma (an emotional wound) simply because this character of their human brain is designed to produce such experiences.
I was already well versed in my understanding of the vibrational laws of the universe and used what I knew to quit my own personal addictions, but when I read Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor’s book, Whole Brain Living - the anatomy of choice and the four characters that drive our life, I KNEW I was onto the path that would help me further bridge the gap for my clients between our desires and our knee-jerk reactions to numb emotional pain, those behaviors that turn into our secret addictions.
Anybody who’s got a secret addiction is having a battle in their own head. But that battle isn’t solely existing between two personalities, it’s actually existing between four personalities, since we have both emotional and thinking tissue in each of our two hemispheres, and our hemispheres function using completely different processes.
The good news is that only two of the four characters of our neural anatomy house addiction, albeit they are powerful characters because they can put a freeze on the rest of our neural functioning when trauma is triggered, whether due to a thought we’re having that feels like a threat or whether there is an actual threat.
Our emotional tissue is the tissue close to the brain stem, on the inside, and is sometimes referred to as our reptilian brain, or lizard brain, because it is wrapped around the reflexive centers of the cerebellum which governs our heart rate, breathing, and internal systems.
You may or may not have heard of the amygdala which resides in the limbic brain or emotional tissue and acts like an emergency brake inside of us, signaling danger, but both the amygdala and the cerebellum have been referred to by scientists as the “reptilian brain”. The reason for the comparison is this: Think of a lizard and its lightning-fast reflexes. That’s pretty much all you need to know. It’s the reflexive part of us that reacts before thinking.
The left hemisphere of our brain is all about the past and the future and it thinks in language. It organizes and categorizes every detail it deems significant to our interests and survival. It thinks methodically and cares about hierarchy and order. It’s the A-type personality within us. Because it wants to control everything, it values things like money, power, and looking good. It cares that things are put away, in their places. It cares if the clock is hanging crooked on the wall or is a couple minutes fast or slow. It offers up a constant borage of ongoing brain chatter that connects us to the external world and reminds us when things need to get done. It thinks linearly, like a serial processor, which means it takes information in, one thing at a time, and is therefore slower to process that information, so, it is ALWAYS busy. A taskmaster and workaholic, if you will. It’s judgmental, verbal, punctual and focuses on differences. It associates everything that’s happening to us with something from our past so it can calculate all the possibilities of our future. It’s completely “me-centric”, focused on itself. It is the voice inside us that says, “I am” and when it does, it creates a sense of self that is separate and solid and different from all others. It is fixed, analytical, cares about structure and details, right and wrong, good, and bad. If we didn’t have a left hemisphere, or if our left hemisphere became damaged, we wouldn’t be able to fully function. It is responsible for why we walk, talk and can participate with the outside world as a member of society.
Our Right Hemisphere functions like a parallel processor, which means it takes in multiple streams of sensory information through our body’s 6 senses and processes that information simultaneously and quickly. It learns kinesthetically through movement and experiences. It thinks non-verbally, in pictures. It focuses on the collective WE and seeks similarities. It doesn’t keep track of time but rather flows with what’s happening, open to all the possibilities. It’s compassionate and available, flexible and resilient. It is also unconscious and foundational since its brain activity mainly lights up with the quieting of the left hemisphere. Hence the usefulness of meditating to release resistance thoughts and get in touch with the rest of ourselves.
Now let’s go a little deeper and talk about the 2 Characters that make up our Left Hemisphere because I want to highlight Character 2 in this example and show you how the trauma center of your brain works.
Our left thinking tissue, Character 1, is just that, thinking tissue, so while it is judgmental, it doesn’t have feelings about those judgments, it’s more detached like a computer or a calculator, and just keeps systematically categorizing and organizing, constantly, in order to check things off our list and get us to its desired status. Character 1 loves lists. It likes to get along with others so that it can accomplish results, make more money and get more status. If you’re a workaholic, you’re living within the circuitry of your Character 1. While we love our character 1 for getting the job done, it also can overwork our body as a whole and create too much cortisol (the stress hormone) that sends us out of homeostasis, has us gain weight and be headed in the direction of illness. It’s a workaholic machine! The great news is that Character 1’s storytelling capabilities and machine-like tendencies are a great asset for helping us create the new habits that will replace our addictions.
Now let’s take a look at Character 2. Our emotional left feeling tissue, or lizard brain, also thinks in the past and future. It’s here that we notice our thought loops since the things we repeatedly say that hurt us belong to our Character 2. So Character 2 is the reason we feel emotional pain. It projects meaning into our future. It’s the keeper of our traumas, even dating back to the trauma of our birth. It’s the keeper of our fears, our cravings and our addictions. Because Character 2 thinks in the past and the future, its job is to protect us from danger by being suspicious and overreactive. Therefore, its general outlook on life is negative and disgruntled. It’s also manipulative, likes to bully others, calls names, doesn’t like to take responsibility, pushes people away, loves conditionally, holds grudges, is self-centered, behaves superiorly or inferiorly, is critical, righteous, and fixed. It feels guilty about being the way that it is, also. But we should appreciate our Character 2 because we could not survive life without it. Character 2 houses our fight, flight, freeze or fawn instincts which I call our Emergency Brake. I call it our emergency brake because when it gets pulled it stops everything else from working, which when there’s a real threat, is very helpful, but not so much when there’s an imagined threat, like a threat or trigger to our ego, pride or self-image.
Character 2 is likened to Carl Jung’s Shadow, and is one of the most important characters to understand and integrate when it comes to transformation in your life since it lives in our blind spot and our Character 1 likes to pretend we do not have a Character 2 and most often denies its existence. I’m sure you can see how that could cause a lot of interpersonal problems for us.
Now let’s talk about the two Characters of our Right Hemisphere, 4 & 3.
Your Character 4 is your right thinking tissue. You could say Character 4 is the consciousness of your Inner Being because it is wise, pure and loving. I’m just going to go ahead and say it, your Character 4 IS your Inner being. It’s the all-inclusive, wise, all-knowing, all-is-well part of you. So if you were to get good at distinguishing between your 4 characters and realizing who’s “talking” and when, you could effectively have Dr. Jill’s brain huddle, and ask each character what their say is on any given topic you can think of.
Ultimately, everyone wants to hear from Character 4 because the wisest ideas come from this place within you. And then, while you’re delegating who gets to take charge on which matters, you can know that you actually have made the best decision possible. Don’t you think it’s just fascinating that we have tissue hard-wired into our anatomy, an entire section of our brain that’s spiritually-minded and advanced? I just think that is so cool!
Character 4 is the beingness of being. It knows. It enjoys all experiences. It loves all, including the different parts of us like our Character 2, even though Character 2 doesn’t love Character 2.
Character 4 is giving us intuition; it’s that feeling in our gut. It has everyone’s best interest at heart. Often this is a quiet, subtle voice, but when we pay attention, we can hear it. For me, it’s usually in a whisper or a soft thought because with the non-physical there is no assertion. It’s just always patiently answering our asking, whether we are listening or not.
4 is totally aware of the difference you make on planet Earth and the ripple effect of your actions. It knows the impact your life has on everything and everyone. It knows that all is well exactly as it is no matter what and is enjoying your life. It sees the perfection and beauty and energy of all. 4 experiences peace and bliss right now, and, at all times.
Many people have little experience with their Character 4, or have thought of those experiences they’ve had as the anomaly. But the truth is, this is part of your brain’s circuitry and can be experienced daily with enough practice running it.
Now let’s discuss your emotional feeling tissue Character 3. 3 wants to participate! It is curious, has no ego, loves unconditionally, and is expansive and fearless. It wants to play and share and be extremely active. It feels appreciation and wonderment and is friendly and open. When it feels, it’s feeling sensations like the temperature of the air and the way clothes feel on your skin. Or the way it feels to twirl your dress or skip or blow bubbles with your gum.
It loves to take risks and feel alive. When it comes to relating with others, it doesn’t think in terms of black and white. It lives inside the gray area, focusing on context and the equality of all. It is kind, trusting, supportive and creative. It is attracted to colors and has been referred to as the artist brain. It likes to move a lot and go with the flow and doesn’t much like rules or planning stuff.
Because this part of us is a risk-taking, adrenaline junkie, it also can promote addiction when it feels like getting into some trouble for the fun of it, or the rush of it, maybe out of boredom or maybe out of desiring to celebrate. None the less, it also has it’s hands on that emergency brake if we should fail to give ourselves enough new experiences and action and it becomes too restless.
So this part of us can topple our efforts at creating new habits if we don’t learn to control it. Character 3’s instinctual override can look like catching a Frisbee coming toward our head or darting out of the way all of a sudden. When it wants something it has a tendency to act now and “apologize later,” which sometimes renders us taking action so fast we accidentally injure ourselves by not surveying our surroundings or positioning our body well before hand.
I would venture to say that Character 3 is Also your Inner Being because this is our joy factor. The only caveat to this comparison is the potential for Character 3 to take violent action to harm another, which is not an Inner Being-like potential.
Character 3’s emergency brake function tends to spontaneously free us up to do the next thing and the next thing, unlike our Character 2 who tends to stop us through worry about the future and shame of the past. Both of them, however, share the fight, flight, freeze or fawn responses necessary to our survival, and both of them pull the emergency brake on our brains to serve their needs and fancies.
Understanding how to meet the needs of these Characters in advance of them pulling their strings is one highly emphasized component of my work with clients.
If we were trying to be sober and fell off the wagon, the consciousness of our present tense Right Hemisphere would look at it as a moment of tripping and nothing more significant than that, which can help a great deal on a path to recovery if what recovery means to you is releasing the fear and compulsion cycle that causes knee-jerk reactions (addictions). But if you think of recovery as the 12 steppers do, meaning abstinence while telling the story of the incurable disease of addiction, then your Right Hemisphere wouldn’t be very helpful to you in this regard. You’d have to keep it very busy with “healthy” momentum, for example, exercise, to maintain that kind of disciplined lifestyle. Our Right Hemisphere wouldn’t hold us in the “story of recovery” or the “story of addiction” at all, which is why our Right Hemisphere doesn’t jive too well with 12-step programs in their “once an addict, always an addict,” philosophy. In fact, a more complimentary character to aid in the usefulness of the 12-step philosophy is Character 2, because fear and humiliation can aid in the hard work of becoming disciplined, always keeping the past horrors in the forefront of our mind in order to incentivize the work it takes to create discipline. “Hello, I am so-and-so and I am an addict, or alcoholic”, etc…
However, in my opinion, and that of my clients, that is no way to live. Could there be a point where a person can change their addictive patterns? Could they actually create moderation with the very thing they have gone crazy-out-of-control with using in the past? Yes! But what it takes for each individual to make this a reality is unique and may be more work than one is willing to put in. In this case, abstinence can be the easier road to continued peace and empowerment. This distinction is what people get to uncover in my program, The Demystify Addictions Method. They can use what they learn there to make informed choices about what they can handle and what they cannot handle, and what benchmarks to use to gauge their progression with their addictive habits over and throughout time. The happiness factor matters. Those people who will never agree that their addiction is an incurable disease or will never resign themselves to the 12-step method, also may never find relief until they find the support they need that will meet them where they are (addicted), and move them forward to where they wish they were.
The interconnectedness between trauma and addiction underscores how people may turn to substances or certain behaviors as a way to cope with their distressing emotions.
To cope with self-loathing, depression or anger (or simply confusion about how to resolve their trauma responses), many people fall into unhealthy patterns of avoidance and denial by abusing substances, sex, shopping, and sugar, just to name a few ways to go about it. We can also become addicted to video games, social media, other people, gambling, and so on.
The stigma of emotionality is particularly acute for women since larger percentages of women have experienced betrayal or abuse at the hands of people they know and are more likely to develop trauma bonds with their abusers due to female bonding hormones, and practical dependencies for things such as childcare.
Perhaps you were raised by a mother dealing with these kinds of issues or dependencies?
Activities or substances used as coping mechanisms can provide temporary relief from the pain, anxiety, or depression associated with unresolved trauma. However, it's important to recognize that these coping strategies can ultimately lead to unhealthy cycles of dependency and further negative consequences. Something that once helped soothe our distress has now become a hindrance in and of itself. For example, smoking marijuana in order to distract oneself from stressful thoughts and assist with sleep, turns into a chronic respiratory infection, short-term memory loss, and consequent deterioration of connection to loved ones and colleagues. It could also aid in food addiction and subsequent weight gain, which of course comes with another set of consequences, including stressful thoughts, which is where we started. This is just one common example, nowadays, though there are so many examples I could give you.
While women are similar to men in responding to trauma with upset feelings and dissociation, females experience depression and anxiety more frequently. Yes, it's true… Studies have shown that women are twice as likely to develop PTSD as men who’ve experienced trauma and that 25% of all women and girls will be diagnosed with anxiety in their lifetime.
It has been my experience with clients, both male and female, that trauma is often trapped in their tissues and throat chakras (the energy center of the human body located in the throat area), leading to them being unable to express themselves. This is important to understand because the actual number of people with undiagnosed PTSD or trapped trauma may be far higher than reported.
Sometimes addictions are developed without even realizing it, in an effort to numb trapped emotions in order to function. Most people who rely on substances to cope with trauma do not seek treatment, especially women. Whether it’s the stigma, shame, or fear of losing their children or their partner, there is a cascading effect that can cause attachment issues, continued substance abuse, and poverty down through generations, among numerous other socio-economic effects.
Understanding the gender-specific aspects, such as the higher prevalence of trauma in women and the potential challenges they face in seeking help due to various factors, sheds light on the need for tailored approaches to addressing trauma and addiction in different populations.
Addressing the root causes of addiction often involves acknowledging and treating underlying trauma. Therapy, counseling, support groups, and other interventions can provide individuals with healthier tools to cope with their emotions and work toward healing. Creating an environment of safety and implementing positive self-care practices are important steps in this process.
Some ways to immediately help the situation are to focus on creating environmental safety, getting better sleep, nutrition, physical movement, and talking to trusted friends. And most importantly, try to have patience with the process as it can be a slow one. This is why therapists or coaches dedicated to creating a supportive container can be an invaluable part of this kind of healing process. I personally believe it’s essential to obtain professional outside support.
Recognizing and addressing the trauma character of our brain is a crucial step in effectively managing and treating secret addictions and their underlying causes.

It is kind, trusting, supportive and creative. It is attracted to colors and has been referred to as the artist brain. It likes to move a lot and go with the flow and doesn’t much like rules or planning stuff.

"The session I had with Regina was simply awesome. As a coach myself, I know what great coaching looks like and she nails it. She explained concepts about LOA that I hadn't understood from my own research, in a way that I could easily understand and relate to. The guidance she provided during the Focus Wheel exercise helped me achieve an insight that feels transformative. I worked with Regina on an issue that had plagued me (and used many techniques on without much success) for most of my professional career, a strong discomfort with public speaking. We worked quickly together to implement a strategy that is simple and deeply impactful. She supported me so skillfully, I can't even express fully what it meant and means to me. I would highly recommend her as an intuitively gifted and deeply caring coach. Regina is clearly not only an expert, but has a tremendous amount of passion for what she does and it's an energy from which it's a pleasure to be coached. Many thanks!"

"Coaching with Regina has helped me realize that I truly do have control over my own life and that I can have everything I want and more , as long as I do the work. And that word "work" doesn't even really explain how easy it truly is. I had been on anti-depressants for years when I met Regina and with her help I am now living anti-depressant free and loving life! I feel things so much more clearly without medication and I have renewed passion for life that had been dulled for so many years. I still have down days but I am now able to quickly realize and change my thoughts and not get "stuck in the mud'
because of them. Regina has helped me focus on the things I want, and each new day brings more and more surprises. I am excited to see what is waiting for me! Regina, thanks for helping me see how powerful I am and for helping me use my power to create the perfect life!"

"Regina is a beautiful and wonderful spirit. She’s constantly growing and developing herself and allows the space to support others to do the same. She’s an amazing manifester and a wonderful guide for manifestation. If you’re looking to expand yourself, to develop yourself in the practices of the law of attraction, You want support in doing so Regina who is masterful at bringing community together, and sourcing others to developing themselves to reach their next highest potential. Her programs have helped me create lots of love and I'm so grateful that I have you in my life. Some of it had to do with letting go of that which was no longer serving me. Some of it had to do with being the space to attracting that which I want. It has helped me financially, it has helped me in areas of friendship, and it has helped me dealing with grief and loss. I am very grateful for her support and program."

"I highly recommend Regina Chaylee. it made a difference in speaking with her when it came to the subject of addiction. from our first call, I felt ease and freedom around alcohol and cigarettes. it might of been a month since our call. I think I had 3 beers on separate occasions.I smoked about 4 cigarettes in one day. and I havent picked one up since then. I'm not a daily drink or smoker."

"I have known Regina since 2012. I went to her Law of Attraction meetup at her home and ended up becoming her roommate for a couple of months after that. She is a wonderful Law of Attraction Coach. I already knew about it, but she taught me many New things. She's taught me many different ways to manifest along with exercises when I'm feeling resistant. Ive become a strong manifester since I've met her. I made a list of qualities I wanted to find in my future husband sitting at her dining room table. I manifested him 4 years later when I actually tried to manifest a husband! Took me 3 weeks! I owe all that to Regina! If you want to learn about the Law of Attraction or strengthen your manifesting abilities, Regina is your girl!"

"Regina, you are the best. Thank you for calling so quickly and tuning into me. I'm glad that you are there to see the major stepping stones along my journey. You were the person placed in my path to act like a catalyst leading to our home becoming a reality. I knew all the info but just needed that one last push towards my reality. You're a good reference for me. Sometimes you just need an encouraging word and guidance to find the courage to confront changing your vibration. Someone to remind you that you're on the right track and have the skills, just need to refocus. Watching our home being framed downstairs has been really exciting. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I would really like to give you a big hug."

"Regina, you are just amazing. Period. I felt so depressed, sad, etc. when I called you. I felt like nobody understood how it felt to want something but feel so frustrated because it felt so out of reach. I keep reminding myself what you said - I have been launching desires all of this time and now it's time to align myself to what I have already created. I feel my vibration raising authentically and not it that sugar-coated, fake 'positive thinking' kind of way. Thank you for this and thank you for EVERYTHING! You are surely worth your salt and deserve exactly what you desire in payment. Really and truly."

"At one point I couldn't even look at things in stores because I knew I didn't have money, and I got upset every time I looked at things and thought I can't buy that. Regina, meeting you has allowed me to notice what I am talking about, and attracting in my life. Your coaching has inspired me and shifted the way I think and act towards money - it changed my life. I now love looking, and shopping for things. I really appreciate paying for things and wanting things. I created attracting over $1150 of unexpected money while you were coaching me. Thank you. I am forever grateful for meeting you, and learning about the Law of Attraction. Love, Amy."

"I consulted Regina when I was in an uncomfortable situation. My new girlfriend and I were getting serious but she was going through a divorce and still dealing with her ex all the time. Although he had been removed from her house months earlier, all kinds of his personal belongings were still there. It really bugged me because I couldn't be anywhere in the house without being reminded of the guy. Not to mention my girlfriend's kids were still getting used to me being in her life. I felt dis-empowered, resigned, frustrated and just stuck with the situation. It seemed like nothing would turn it around fast enough. Regina walked me through a process where I remembered another time when I endured some excruciating pain (a 60-mile hike in the Wyoming wilderness). It could have been a life threatening situation, and all I could do to make it out alive was put one foot in front of the other. It was painful and I remembered finding a power within me that for some reason I had forgotten. Anyway, I started to realize I could see the future, and the future I wanted was happening. Everything was going to be amazing. This was just one of those things where I had to take one step after another. After that, his stuff in the house didn't bug me. Now it's my clothes in her closet and my stuff in her drawers. And even though her kids are still going through their processes to accept me, I don't mind that either. My girlfriend and I are moving in together and everything's going forward just like I saw it would. Thanks, Regina."

"I used to be a companion for a dear, elderly woman named Jeri. She and I bonded. When she died, I knew I'd never find a relationship or job like it again. I've always loved elderly people and volunteer for Meals on Wheels - and I just adore it! But it wasn't paying the bills and my husband was very stressed out about money, which in turn was stressing me out. Being a mother of 3, one with autism, I already had my hands full. My intention was to find a part time job to help out, but I was always dragging myself through the process. I study Law of Attraction so I knew I was pushing against the flow but felt powerless to stop every time I'd look at the job market and what was available. Regina really encouraged me. She helped me see that I was the one who attracted my fabulous job from the past along with every other fantastic thing in my life and that not only could I do it again, but that it would be different and better, tailored to who I am now. If I had been listening to someone else saying what I was saying, I probably would've seen it, but because it was myself, I couldn't. Regina took me through 6 or 7 processes and it felt amazing each time, re-discovering my power and inner peace. It turned out to be easier than I thought! I manifested 2 jobs! The 2nd one in 35 days. Not any old job either. They paid $100 tonight as a retainer and $100 a week thereafter as a weekly retainer, and $20 an hour! Now, I know Jeri paid me well after I had been with her so long, but this is like that never missed a beat! The agencies I applied for only paid $10 or 10.50 an hour. And I really enjoy this little lady! She is adorable! So sweet! We went to Target today and she bought a rose bush. As we walked out of the grocery store she said, "It has been so nice to have you to help me!" I planted the rose bush for her. It was so wonderful. She sat while I planted it, we enjoyed conversation, the warm sun, the cool ocean breeze. Thank you Regina. I think you are so wonderful and a fantastic coach! I so appreciate your thoughtful guidance and patience! I can't tell you how at peace I am!"

"One thing Regina has impressed upon me is You are in full control of your destiny, basically. I don't completely agree with this concept (although I think the implementation of this in the real world is not only interesting but may be very effective for increasing overall happiness and well-being), but I really respect the way she follows through with it. She is one of the few girls I know that take real responsibility for her actions, not only the overt ones but even to the extent of the way she thinks. She's embraced the Law of Attraction entirely, the emotional scale thing, the videos and most importantly the way of thinking. If she has a "lacking abundance thought" or is in a bad mood, she is aware of it and works to correct it. She is a beacon of meaning of the Law of Attraction and it works for her. In fact, this only the beginning of what makes her interesting. She has quite a lot of integrity on the whole and is one of the few people who I am very certain rarely, if ever, lies to me. As for the difference Regina has made in my life? Her example made get hard core with my own initiative and integrity and have since made a bunch of changes, for example, dieting, working out, and bringing my career to a whole new level. I also realized there are girls out there that I can connect with in ways that I didn't think I could, so thanks Regina."

"Being a single mom, I wanted to believe in the best, but for him to be in love with me, and my kid, and still want more kids? I was always concerned I didn't deserve it. I was very skeptical and so scared, like I didn't trust him. I didn't think it was possible. I remember when he finally broke it off, proving all my worries to be true. But you wouldn't let me forget how in love with me he was and how I was just manifesting my fears because I was more focused on them than I was focused on what I really wanted. I realized I still had the power to do what I wanted instead of being a victim. It took all the courage I had to ask him to please not give up. I asked him to go out with me and he did. We clicked all over again and had the most meaningful time that day - which turned out to be the day Noah was conceived. Noah Lee McKnight. It still baffles me. That turn around was intense. One year and nine months later and we're still reeling. It was a quantum leap and it happened in one day. This giant wall that divided my life. You said, "Don't fall for that! Break down the wall." It seemed so sturdy but you helped me see it was just a veil, like smoke, wave your hand it'll disappear. Thank you so much!"

"Regina is a high energy, intelligent, clear visioned, vibrationally aligned, heart-centered and intuitive coach. She is highly skilled at discerning, and helping clients discern the energy blocks that keep them stuck in low vibrational holding patterns and reconnect to their Inner Being in practical, simple yet incredibly powerful ways to allow transformational shifts. I wholeheartedly recommend her!"

"Before I talked to Regina I was having no luck getting any job at all, let alone a job I wanted. I'd sometimes get okay offers but they would always fall through. I went through this for 18 months and my unemployment had run out 3 months before our coaching call, so I was really on the edge, looking at having to move in with my mom... I didn't have a lot of faith in the law of attraction but I figured any advice could only help. I had another interview lined up but I wasn't feeling so great about it so I got on the line with Regina and decided to give it my all. We did a process that helped me shift my emotions from feeling despair to feeling hopeful about abundance. Not only did I get the position as a threat awareness analyst, but I love it! I started at $40k which allowed me to get my new car.
(***update*** I also got a promotion 6 months later with a raise of $11k so I got an apartment of my own ~ and later a 4k sq ft house and next dream car! ~ based on the same principles I learned in just that one call).
I'm so glad we did that coaching session Regina - just one call - because my head was in the wrong place and talking to you put me in the zone. Thanks!!!"

"The thing I love about talking to you is that you are REAL. Talking to you and getting coaching from you is like talking to a friend you've known your whole life - with just some added bonus'.... One bonus being that you take a stand in your listening of me. We 'humans' are masters at 'gathering evidence'. When you are having a low moment it is tempting to call a friend who will validate your feelings. You validate my feelings, sometimes, even by saying you've just experienced the same thing! The difference is that you help me push me to see how I caused my own outcome. Every time I get off the phone with you I feel really good and really calm. Sometimes I crave talking to you the way my achy body craves a massage after a long run. No matter how worked up, confused, frustrated, etc, I am before talking to you - I always get off the phone feeling totally realigned. Like my mind and my heart just had a 'thoughts' massage."

"I see the Law of Attraction in certain ways, but I'm not 100% sold on the whole thing. I'd been out of work for almost a year. Regina's been telling me for a long time that the reason I wasn't finding a job was because deep down I didn't want a job - or at least not the jobs I was applying for, and since I didn't want the job, the Universe wasn't going to help me. I don't know. She explained that there are 2 kinds of people who believe in Law of Attraction. Those who believe 100% and those who'd like to believe but don't really. Maybe they're 30-40%.. That's probably me. In either case, I was willing to try it out, so I let her coach me. She had me describe in detail what a really good time would be like if I could have anything I wanted. It was all about making myself feel the feelings. It took me awhile to get into it, but it was fun. I talked all about this car I was shopping for, felt like I was driving it - it was great. Then a few days later I got a job. I'd applied for it because I thought it would be really fun, but wasn't thinking I was going to get it since my track record had been shotty. It was pretty crazy. I don't know if it's the Law of Attraction fully, but I definitely think feeling that way and getting this job are related.. I appreciate it, Regina."

"I noticed a pattern when I speak or connect with you Regina! It is actually a winner pattern! I notice that I can share a breakdown and then immediately shift it into an empowering context and new action. You have that affect on me! It happens every time we connect. I feel safe to be authentic, vulnerable and even a little whiny. (Whiny for affect!) then I hear myself and my best Self comes forward to point me into a resolution , providing wholeness and health. All in your clearing."

Regina is a super knowledgeable law of attraction coach. I've been working with her since 2009. She's actually the person who introduced me to the teachings of Abraham Hicks. Very, very few have the depth of knowledge and experience that she does (she’s been a serious student of the subject since 1995). Whenever I run into something that I’m trying to figure out (law of attraction related) and I’m not making progress, I get in touch and her insights have always proven priceless. It’s why I keep coming back. During our first meeting, all those years ago, she challenged me to rethink a conclusion I'd made about what's possible with the law of attraction. It ended up changing my life. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an LOA or addictions coach.

"You have a really great talent about you and I know this because I have had a one on one consultation with you.. I don't think everyone in group gets to see how talented you are at releasing yourself and getting into somebody. I think there, because you try to be involved in the group, it's like "oh, this is Regina and Regina is all about Regina right now," but you're not! You're so much more well-rounded than that. You have such a talent to be able to turn your self OFF and completely focus on one person. Getting to witness that for myself gave me such a respect for the talent that you have. When I think of other people who are coaching somebody, they still are thinking about themselves somehow, and I didn't experience that with you at all, you just turn it off, 100% into that person."

"I had been single for almost 10 years and had a very poor opinion of men after 2 failed marriages. I had a social life but it only consisted of women. Regina approached me about it and asked : if I thought I could have what I really wanted in a love relationship, would I still want one? Deep inside I wanted one but I didn't believe it was possible. I had put that dream on the shelf. Regina helped me to understand that I couldn't move on in my life in this area without making peace with the past. With her encouragement, I wrote a letter and later spoke to my 1st husband who was the one I still had negative emotions about. It was very healing for us both. After that I felt free from the past and began to feel hope that maybe it was possible to be in love and have relationship work the way I wanted it to. With Regina's coaching, I made a list of all the attributes I wanted in a partner. I went through many processes after that, including dating at 55, and it was fun now because I felt hope. Regina was there cheering me on when I met the man who is my husband today, the most perfect fit in the whole world. I would've missed out on him if I'd continued on the path I was on. This major milestone in my life had me work with Regina for years to come. I have had so many breakthroughs over the years but another unprecedented one was losing 60 lbs in 6 months time, which for me was huge, as my weight was always a sticking point for me until now. Thank you Regina for caring and sticking by me for so many years. You have special insight and wisdom and I will never forget you".
